Refund policy

30-Day Returns

We want you and your pet to love your Pet Pouch. If you're not happy with your order, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, free of pet hair, and in their original condition and packaging.

How to start a return

Email us at liamfealy01@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us within 7 days if the item is damaged, defective or incorrect, and include a photo. We'll make it right with a free replacement or a refund.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? The fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Non-returnable items

The 1-Year Protection Plan is non-refundable once your order has shipped.
