Free Shipping on Every Order

Every Pet Pouch order ships free — no minimum purchase required.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another email with tracking information once it ships.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 7–12 business days after shipping. During peak seasons and holidays, delivery may take a few extra days.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your package. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, contact us and we'll look into it.

Wrong address, lost or delayed packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away at liamfealy01@gmail.com — we can update it if your order hasn't shipped yet. If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we'll help make it right.
